Meet Nikos

Nikos is an Executive, Advisor and Investor with over 30 years of experience across the technology, healthcare and retail sectors. His executive roles have spanned across operations, strategy, restructuring M&A, legal, regulatory and investment experience. In terms of M&A transactions, he has negotiated and closed over 180 acquisitions, 110 of which were in healthcare.

Most recently Nikos was the Chief Growth Officer at Panoramic Health, the largest physician-run kidney care platform with over 800 clinicians.  The Panoramic (900+ employees, 800 nephrologists) EMR enabled a roll out of a clinical site management and clinical data platform leveraging 1M chronic kidney care patient lives. At the time Nikos joined Panoramic there were 227 nephrologists, and within 18 months Nikos and his team were able to grow that network to 800 nephrologists across 18 states.

Prior to Panoramic, Nikos was the Executive Vice President of Strategy, Growth, Innovation and IT at Mednax (NYSE: MD). At Mednax (NYSE: MD), Nikos oversaw growth, strategy, IT, innovation, practice integration and payor contracting across women’s and children’s health, anesthesia and radiology. Nikos saw the growth and evolution of the largest clinical data warehouse for women’s and children’s health and acquired and help grow the largest virtual health business (radiology), 500+ radiologists. The radiology business was later sold for close to $1BB.

Prior to Mednax, Nikos worked as an executive at several large publicly traded companies, including Avaya (NYSE: AVYA), Office Depot (NYSE: ODP), and Tyco. He was also a Summit Partners Executive in Residence (Boston, MA), where he focused on healthcare strategy/thesis development and sourcing and diligence on platform acquisitions.  Summit is a $44B AUM growth equity fund focused on technology and healthcare investments.

Since 2020, Nikos has been a board advisor for Nuvo Group Ltd. (remote maternal & fetal monitoring, Call Center Studio, Surgery Device Management, Home Dialysis).

Education: Juris Doctorate (1994, Chicago Kent Law School) and BS Electrical Engineering (1989, University of New Hampshire).

Nikos is fluent in Italian, Spanish, and Greek, semi-fluent in French.
