Peter P Patterson, MD MBA

Dr. Patterson is a 3rd-generation physician with extensive background in healthcare regulatory compliance, medical quality improvement, and infection prevention/control. Formerly, he served as Arizona medical director of Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology. He brings the perspectives of a practicing physician-manager to his current work as a consultant to post-acute/long-term care facilities. He is a collaboration partner with Nod Specialists.

Madhu K. Murthy, MD

Dr. Murthy is a Board-Certified Infectious Diseases Specialist. He has served in multiple leadership roles as Senior Medical Partner, Medical Executive Committee member, Chairperson of Infection Control, and Antimicrobial Stewardship Committees over the last decade. He was nominated by his peers for Top Doctors in the April 2015 Phoenix Magazine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency training at USD Sanford School of Medicine and Infectious Diseases Fellowship training at Creighton University Medical Center.

Emily Schmitz, Pharm.D.

Dr. Schmitz has over 25 years of pharmacy experience working in a variety of settings, including hospital, home infusion, ambulatory care, specialty pharmacy, and geriatrics. She is the founder and chief executive officer of SRx Consultant Group, LLC.

SRx provides clinical and regulatory consulting services to long term care and assisted living communities. Dr. Schmitz and her team also work with Medicare Advantage plans to improve medication compliance and healthcare outcomes for their patient population.
